The inspection process includes a thorough analysis by a licensed building inspector. The inspection encompasses the entire building including the major components of Structure, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating systems. The inspection report details the existing conditions, materials used in the construction or mechanical areas, recommendations for maintenance and upkeep, and the estimated remaining life of the major components. Items are visually examined during the evaluation of accessible areas. The inspection is not intended to be technically exhaustive nor shall it be construed as a compliance evaluation. A basic well/septic evaluation is included as part of the overall inspection, however that does not include water analysis or septic tank pumping or borings into the drainfield.
